Roshan Panigrahi’s journey began with a passion for learning and leadership, nurtured through his bachelor’s in Hospitality and Hotel Administration at IHM Chennai, where he earned the Prime Minister Scholarship for three consecutive years. Early on, he honed his leadership skills through roles like E-Cell Leader, Discipline Captain, and Vice Sports Captain, building a foundation of resilience, vision, and strategic thinking.

After graduation, he translated this foundation into impactful business roles. As Domain Manager at Skill-Lync and a contributor to Crio.do’s growth, he earned the Crio Sales Excellence Award, demonstrating his ability to convert innovative ideas into measurable results. He further expanded his expertise as a Territory Sales Officer at General Mills India, blending strategic sales knowledge with practical execution.

Beyond corporate success, Roshan Panigrahi’s vision extends to societal impact. Currently serving as a Fellow under the Office of the Principal Scientific Adviser to the Government of India, he works on the “Waste to Wealth” Mission, addressing the massive challenge of waste management with scientific rigor and sustainable solutions. His journey reflects a rare blend of creative thinking, technical expertise, and a commitment to making a difference, inspiring the next generation of leaders to dream big and act boldly.
