Pavani Munnur’s journey is a testament to the power of curiosity, rigor, and purpose. A University Gold Medalist in Economics and an MSc candidate at TERI School of Advanced Studies, she thrives at the intersection of quantitative analysis, sustainable development, and public policy. Her expertise with tools like R, Python, and STATA allows her to tackle complex challenges and drive meaningful change.

Her hands-on experience spans diverse domains: from analyzing 15+ agri-tech startups at AgHub PJTSAU to researching how innovation can accelerate climate-smart agriculture, to applying data-driven techniques with the Telangana Police to enhance women’s safety across 33 districts. As a researcher, she has managed large-scale datasets and conducted econometric analyses on issues like financial inclusion for tribal women and the impact of public expenditure on economic growth.

Currently, Pavani channels her skills and vision into leadership at Aspire Leaders India Foundation, a spin-off from Harvard Business School, guiding first-generation graduates through networking, mentorship, and industry exposure. She also contributes to the national scale-up of the Women in Economics and Policy (WiEP) initiative, ensuring that emerging leaders have the tools and opportunities to create lasting societal impact.
