Aspire Institute India Graduation Celebration | Mumbai, 24 July 2025

On 24th July 2025, Aspire Institute India hosted its Graduation Celebration at The Quorum Club, The Parallel in Mumbai — a momentous gathering honouring learners who completed their journey with the Aspire Leaders Program, alongside welcoming new members of our growing community.

The evening began with an inspiring keynote address by Mr. Dhananjay Yellurkar, setting the tone for a day of reflection, celebration, and vision. Nitya Gurukumar, Executive Director, delivered the warm welcome note, followed by a heartfelt spotlight segment where Vineet Kumar shared his journey and achievements as an Aspire learner.

A powerful fireside chat brought together thought leaders and learners for real, raw, and reflective conversations, featuring Swati Apte, Shreekant K Arimanithaya, Dhananjay Yellurkar, Pankaj Kushwaha, and current learner Kushi Shah. The dialogue centred on rewriting narratives and embracing authentic leadership.

Alok Kshirsagar, Senior Partner of McKinsey, addressed the audience with words that resonated deeply, leaving a lasting impact. The graduation ceremony followed, with certificates conferred by Sashi Gundala, Director of India Foundry, and Alok Kshirsagar, honouring the achievements of each graduate in the presence of distinguished leadership.

The evening closed with an atmosphere of connection and collaboration, as learners networked with top industry leaders, forging relationships for the future.
