Aspire India is the national affiliate of the Aspire Institute (founded at Harvard University). We run fully-funded leadership development programs for first-generation, low-income youth across India, equipping them with the skills, networks, and confidence to become changemakers.

Young people in India who are:

- 18–29 years old

- First-generation college students or recent graduates (within 3 years)

- From low-income or underserved backgrounds

- Motivated to grow as leaders and create social impact

ALP is a nine-week, multi-stage accelerator combining:

- Self-discovery and leadership training

- Peer learning and global faculty sessions

- Career coaching and social impact projects

Participants gain skills in communication, critical thinking, and intercultural competency.

The ELP offers Pathways for alumni to continue learning and growing in:

- Job-readiness

- Higher education

- Social entrepreneurship

- Research & academia

- Creative careers

It includes access to mentorship, grants, internships, and masterclasses.

All Aspire programs are 100% free of cost. We are funded by philanthropy and CSR partners, ensuring equal access for all.

On average, 3–5 hours per week for program activities, including online learning, peer discussions, and faculty sessions.
